Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an IT support assistant to manage laptops, email accounts and Drive permissions. The role is hybrid with a 2:00pm–6:00pm schedule, Monday to Friday, and may require outreach to outlets as needed.

Ideal candidates have basic IT knowledge, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and willingness to travel for outlet support. Part-time or freelance arrangements are considered, with flexible hours as required.

Qualifications

• Basic IT knowledge with hardware and laptop troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Google Drive, email management and user access permissions.
• Able to work independently and manage day-to-day IT matters.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel to outlets when required.
• Flexible with part-time, freelance or other arrangements.
• Flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic IT support, mainly for laptop and hardware-related issues.
• Set up, issue and manage laptops and other IT equipment for staff.
• Create and manage company email accounts and subscriptions.
• Manage Google Drive access, permissions and shared folders.
• Assist with basic IT security and access control matters.
• Monitor and support CCTV and other IT-related systems.
• Provide on-site IT support at outlets when required.
