Job summary

Softvil Technologies is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and manage our LAN/WAN, firewall, and cloud environments, with a focus on Azure. You will work across offices, coordinate with DevOps and Azure teams, and drive automation and reliability of infrastructure.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least four years in IT infrastructure and Azure Cloud, strong networking knowledge, virtualization experience, and excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of IT infrastructure and Azure Cloud experience.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
Experience in virtualization and cloud architecture.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and switches.
Deploy, manage, and support Azure cloud environments.
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
Provision cloud resources and implement automation.
Manage patching, updates, and backup verification.
Administer Office 365 tenant and Wi‑Fi networks across offices.
Maintain technical documentation and optimize infrastructure performance.
Collaborate with DevOps, cloud architects, and Azure teams.
Respond to incidents and service requests related to networking and cloud services.
