Job summary

UNITECH CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced IT infrastructure engineer to architect, implement, and optimize complex enterprise infrastructure across hybrid cloud and on‑premises environments.

You will manage Windows Server platforms, VMware/Hyper‑V, clustering, and cloud workloads in AWS and Azure. You will automate provisioning with PowerShell, SCVMM, and related tools, ensure security, DR readiness, and service‑level compliance, and lead incident analysis and infrastructure

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant infrastructure engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, VMware/Hyper‑V, Microsoft clustering, PowerShell, and enterprise infrastructure operations.
• Practical experience in AWS/Azure infrastructure management, security remediation, and disaster recovery.
• AWS certification and experience with large‑scale enterprise infrastructure are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement resilient infrastructure architectures, including Windows Server, multi-site clustering, Hyper‑V, VMware, and hyperconverged platforms.
• Engineer infrastructure automation using PowerShell and SCVMM to improve provisioning, configuration consistency, and operational efficiency.
• Manage hybrid cloud infrastructure, capacity optimization, system performance, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Implement server hardening, vulnerability remediation, security patching, and privileged access controls using enterprise security tools.
• Lead root‑cause analysis for critical incidents, infrastructure upgrades, technical escalations, and complex change implementations.
• Establish infrastructure standards, technical documentation, operational controls, and service‑level compliance across distributed environments.
