Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure and Azure Cloud.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Deploy, manage, and support Azure cloud environments.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
• Provision cloud resources and implement automation.
• Manage patching, updates, and backup verification.
• Administer Office 365 tenant and Wi-Fi networks.
• Maintain technical documentation and optimize infrastructure performance.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Azure teams.
• Respond to incidents related to networking and cloud services.
