Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage purchase orders, shipments, invoicing, and delivery tracking for multiple markets from Ang Mo Kio. Working days are 4 in-office (Tue–Fri) and 1 work-from-home day (Mon), 8:30am–5:00pm.

The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, O Level, and SAP proficiency to coordinate freight, rates, and import/export activities across countries.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Level.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences.
• Knowledge of SAP is a must.

Responsibilities

• Raise purchase orders to suppliers and carry out close follow-up on the delivery schedule.
• Processing customer sales order, arrange shipment and invoicing.
• Update shipment status to consignees.
• Communicate with freight forwarders / courier company on clearing, pickup and delivery of import and export shipment. Source for the best freight and transport rates.
• Coordinator with store for confirmed orders from customers.
• Handling Country Market like China, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
