Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Singapore to manage purchase orders, shipments, and invoicing with a hybrid work model. The role requires coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and stores to ensure timely deliveries and accurate order processing.

The candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, O Level education, and SAP proficiency, with the ability to handle imports/exports across a diverse market portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Level qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of SAP is a must.

Responsibilities

• Raise purchase orders to suppliers and follow up on the delivery schedule.
• Process customer sales orders, arrange shipments and invoicing.
• Update shipment status to consignees.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders on clearance, pickup and delivery of shipments.
• Coordinate with stores for confirmed orders from customers.
• Handle country markets including China, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
