Job summary

MSD in Singapore is seeking an Intern/Co-op (Fixed Term) to assist in trial and site administration under the line-manager. You will work closely with CRA and CTC to track essential documents, manage CTMS/eTMF, support meeting planning, and help with regulatory documentation.

This role develops hands-on experience in clinical research, documentation control, data entry, and collaboration across sponsor teams in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with clinical trial documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in CTMS/eTMF systems is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Support trial and site administration including document tracking and safety reporting.
• Manage study tools, documents, and CTMS/eTMF reconciliation.
• Plan and coordinate investigator meetings and logistics.
