Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a proactive professional to assist Clinical Project Managers with trial administration in Singapore. The role involves eTMF management, ensuring GCP compliance, and supporting budget tracking, invoicing, and vendor coordination.

You will also help coordinate study logistics, meetings, and training activities while maintaining trackers and trial documentation, and contribute to SOP updates and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical trials, clinical research, or CTA role is advantageous.
• Degree in Life Sciences or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Clinical Project Managers with clinical trial administration
• Manage eTMF documentation and ensure GCP compliance
• Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor coordination
• Coordinate study logistics, meetings, and training activities
• Maintain study trackers, reports, and trial documentation
• Support SOP updates and continuous process improvements
