Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Clinical Project Managers with trial administration in Singapore. The role involves documentation control, tracking study progress, and coordinating logistics for meetings and training.

You will assist with eTMF management, ensure GCP compliance, and help with budget tracking, invoicing, and vendor coordination, contributing to smooth, compliant trial operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in clinical trials, clinical research, or CTA role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Clinical Project Managers with clinical trial administration
• Manage eTMF documentation and ensure GCP compliance
• Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor coordination
• Coordinate study logistics, meetings, and training activities
• Maintain study trackers, reports, and trial documentation
• Support SOP updates and continuous process improvements
