Kyndryl is seeking an experienced GIS Specialist / GIS‑Focused Solution Architect to lead enterprise geospatial platforms and systems. You will drive architecture design, cloud migration, upgrades, and security reviews to ensure reliable and scalable GIS services across government and enterprise environments.

The role requires strong ArcGIS expertise, data governance, and integration capabilities, with a focus on modernising geospatial platforms and collaborating with vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical lead or GIS architect roles.
Experience delivering enterprise GIS projects end-to-end.
Strong knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise components.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for enterprise geospatial platforms.
Plan and execute GIS platform upgrades and cloud migrations.
Design REST APIs and data exchange patterns for GIS systems.
Manage geospatial data architectures and governance.
Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
