Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in physical security or procurement.
• Prior experience in government procurement policies & guidelines preferred.
• Self-motivated, responsible, possesses good interpersonal and people management skills.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Meticulous and attentive to details.
• Able to cope in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Procurement support: Plan and manage procurement process; Verify invoices for goods/services received.
• Contract Management: Plan and manage security-related projects; Tender processes; Contractor management.
• Security Management: Manage day-to-day physical security operations; oversee access control, CCTV, SOPs, audits; incident management.
