Job summary

CGP Personnel seeks a Digital Business Analyst/L2 to partner with government agencies, elicit citizen and business needs, and translate them into actionable requirements. The role covers documenting user stories, ensuring alignment with SG Tech Stack, and guiding project teams through development lifecycles.

Responsibilities include selecting suitable development methodologies, ensuring deployment readiness, analysing change impacts, and aiding the CIO in digital transformation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in data analytics, business or related field.
• CBAP certification is preferred.
• Past development or consulting experience.
• Knowledge/experience implementing projects in data analytics, Agile, Cloud or service design.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to elicit needs via human-centric methods and develop business cases.
• Develop user stories, specifications and acceptance criteria with project teams.
• Evaluate and recommend technology aligned with Gov directions (cloud, EA, modernization).
• Choose appropriate development methodology (Agile or Waterfall) in outsourced or in-house environments.
• Ensure system readiness for deployment, adoption and operations.
• Analyse changes and propose improvements to address evolving needs with support teams.
• Assist the CIO to identify new opportunities for digital transformation.
