Job summary

HTX is seeking an Engineer, Hybrid Cloud Excellence to join our cloud platform and site reliability engineering team in Singapore. You will design and operationalise hybrid cloud integrations across diverse hosting environments, bridging on-premises and cloud resources with secure, scalable patterns.

You will drive architecture decisions, implement automation for reliability, observability, and security, and collaborate with developers and operations to maintain robust cloud operations at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in cloud platform engineering or site reliability engineering.
• Hands-on experience designing and operating production cloud infrastructure across one or more major cloud providers.
• Experience with infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines for cloud resources.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes and container-based workloads in production.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement hybrid cloud integration solutions across heterogeneous hosting environments.
• Drive technical architecture for hybrid cloud workloads, evaluating security, reliability, and scalability trade-offs.
• Apply software engineering techniques to automate infrastructure processes and improve observability.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation across hybrid environments.
• Develop and maintain IaC templates and CI/CD pipelines for cloud resources and Kubernetes baselines.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure secure, scalable, and operational designs.
• Create runbooks and technical documentation to support reliable hybrid cloud operations.
• Evaluate new tools and methodologies to address reliability gaps and bottlenecks.
