Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior AWS Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer (Team Lead) to design, implement, and lead hybrid infrastructure across AWS and on-premise systems in Singapore.

You will lead a 20–30 person team, drive automation, and collaborate with Endpoint Management, Network Operations, Cloud Security, and Applications teams to deliver secure, scalable infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field required.
• 5–8 years managing hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Minimum 3 years designing, deploying, or managing AWS services.
• Proven ability to lead and grow a technical operations team.
• Collaborates across network, endpoint, and security domains.
• AWS certifications and Windows Server expertise are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a distributed team of 20–30 engineers across infra domains.
• Design end-to-end infrastructure solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Drive automation and modernization using Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell.
• Oversee AWS cloud governance, security, and hybrid integrations.
• Manage on-prem Windows infrastructure: AD, Azure AD, DNS, GPOs.
• Ensure ITIL/ISO20000/ISO27001 compliant operations and reporting.
