HTX is Singapore's Science and Technology agency that develops transformative, operationally ready cloud solutions for public safety. The role focuses on cloud adoption, stakeholder education, and designing scalable, secure architectures that support mission objectives.

You will lead projects with internal teams and vendors, build Cloud training programs, implement IaC and CI/CD pipelines, and apply DevSecOps practices using Docker and Kubernetes on AWS or Azure.

Formación

• Experience managing a full system implementation lifecycle.
• Experience deploying containerised apps with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with RDBMS, NoSQL, NodeJS, and backend frameworks.
• Ability to implement container security and cloud security; familiar with ethical hacking.
• Experience with IaC (Infrastructure-As-Code), test automation, static/dynamic code analysis and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiar with Cloud products and designing Cloud solutions.
• Minimally achieved Level 2 Cloud Competency Certification with preferably 2–3 years of relevant working experience in AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.

Responsabilidades

• Drive successful cloud adoption and onboarding across stakeholders.
• Engage with different levels of stakeholders to educate, plan and assist in their cloud journey.
• Design and develop Cloud training and enablement programs.
• Work with tenants to design Cloud-based technical architectures, migration approaches and application optimisations that enable mission objectives; serve as a technical advisor and troubleshoot challenges.
• Design application infrastructure services that are Cloud optimised, elastic, scalable, secure and resilient.
• Oversee lifecycle management of technologies and services in support of the applications.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and vendors to deliver the system(s) and/or projects within budget and specifications.
