Job summary

Black Sun plc is seeking a highly motivated account management professional in Singapore to deliver high-calibre, multi-channel communications for blue-chip clients. You will manage annual reports, sustainability reports, investor relations, employee communications, and online reporting centres, collaborating with senior stakeholders to align client strategies.

You will develop commercial awareness, manage budgets, and identify new business opportunities while maintaining exceptional client

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.5 years agency or client-side experience, ideally within corporate marketing and communications.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Fully conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Successfully manage the delivery of assigned mixed-media projects and all deliverables.
• Develop an intrinsic understanding of clients’ business models and strategies.
• Effectively manage each project stage and prepare all project documentation.
• Identify and manage account and project problems independently and provide effective solutions.
• Proactively build strong client relationships with day-to-day client contacts.
• Deliver exemplary client services, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and seeking ways to exceed expectations.
• Work closely with your team leader to develop commercial awareness of job costing and fee structures.
• Manage project budgets by implementing quality assurance and financial processes.
• Where necessary, develop strategies for auditing and managing overrun costs from clients.
• Identify new business opportunities from existing clients and write proposals.
• Support the new business process and assist with delivery of proposals.
• Support internal teams with research into best practice corporate communications.
• Continuously drive understanding of clients’ businesses, industries, and trends in communications.
