Job summary

PRecious Communications is seeking an Account Management professional in Singapore to support daily client programs across PR and communications. You will coordinate meetings, keep stakeholders informed, and help deliver monthly activity reports that reflect all activities and outcomes for clients.

The role requires a university degree in PR/Comms/Marketing and at least one year in PR, with strong organisational skills and familiarity with social media analytics.

Qualifications

• University degree in PR/Communications/Marketing/related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in PR related field.
• Good organisation and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing social media content for LinkedIn/B2B audiences.
• Familiarity with social media analytics benefits the role.
• Photoshop or media tools skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of account according to agreed programme and scope of work.
• Coordinate work-in-progress meetings, prepare agendas, capture actions and follow up with teams and clients.
• Familiarise with clients' business, industry, contacts and internal comms processes.
• Maintain regular client communication under guidance of the account lead.
• Prepare client monthly activity reports detailing all activities for the month.
• Ensure materials and reports submitted to clients are timely, accurate and approved.
