Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Liaise with logistics providers, suppliers, contractors and clients.
• Provide monthly progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues within projects.
• Develop and maintain project balance summary sheets.
• Arrange for project billing and monitor receivables.
• Prepare and submit required documentation.
• Organize manpower from manpower suppliers.
