Job summary

Kingsforce Management Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead large installations and upgrades from conception through completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, and resources while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, ability to read schematics and control circuits, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC project management with track record of large installations.
• HVAC and refrigeration systems knowledge; able to read schematics and control circuits.
• PMP or other PM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communication and Reporting: Act as the primary contact, provide project updates and maintain relationships.
• Project Documentation: Maintain documentation for contracts, drawings, schedules, and invoices.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve technical, operational, or client-related issues for smooth execution.
