Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience in project handling, preferably involving air-conditioning, chiller or HVAC systems.
Prior project management experience in ACMV is strongly preferred, with several years of experience in relevant project roles.
Technical experience and construction background are required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Manage HVAC projects from planning and design through installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, sub-contractors and internal departments on schedules, shop drawings, material approvals, site meetings and equipment deliveries.
Review system designs and specifications to ensure compliance, performance and constructability.
Appoint and manage sub-contractors, including defining scopes of work, monitoring performance and processing claims and payments.
Ensure site safety and regulatory compliance, including compliance with the Factory Act and BOWEC requirements.
Monitor project progress, costs, budgets, forecasts and financial reports, including the submission of monthly progress claims.
Supervise final testing and commissioning and prepare as-built drawings, handover documents, operation and maintenance manuals and related project reports.
Establish maintenance service programmes during the Defects Liability Period and perform other duties assigned by the superior.]

Salary: S$5,500 + Mobile Allowance + Performance Bonus (Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.)

Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm Work Location: Ang Mo Kio Transport Reimbursement Provided
