SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Project Engineer to plan, manage and execute HVAC and data centre cooling projects from installation through commissioning and handover. You will coordinate contractors, vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery within budget and to quality standards.

The role requires hands-on experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting with strong knowledge of WSH regulations. Travel within ASEAN and China may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of project engineering experience in HVAC / data centre cooling.
• Hands-on installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and project documentation.
• Willing to travel within ASEAN and China; able to work at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute HVAC/data centre cooling projects from installation to commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Review technical drawings and specifications, oversee installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, prepare RAMS and maintain project safety standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and suppliers, conduct project meetings, prepare progress claims, variation orders and documentation.
• Provide customer training and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
