Job summary

An HVAC solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Cost Estimator to support project costing and tender submissions. The role requires technical cost estimation, client liaison, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate proposals.

The candidate should hold a Nitec or Diploma and possess analytical skills, with experience in estimation software being a plus. Training is provided for those without direct experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out technical selection based on project requirements and client specifications.
• Analyse project scope and develop detailed cost estimates and breakdowns.
• Liaise with clients to understand and clarify the requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams to support proposal development.
• Prepare and submit quotations and tender proposals accurately and on time.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend budget improvements.
• Track and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare reports and documentation using Excel, Word, and in-house systems.
• Support proposal progress and ensure timely, quality submissions.
• Provide analysis and insights to support business decisions.
