Job summary

NOVEXX PTE. LTD. is seeking a role focused on maintaining and executing HVAC and BMS systems in a cGMP environment in Singapore.

The candidate will manage integrated facilities management and ensure efficient maintenance programs for HVAC/BMS, while coordinating permits, safety, and field activities. The position requires troubleshooting, audit readiness, and close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure timely repair and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining HVAC and BMS in cGMP environments.
• Ability to manage LOTO verification, permits, and field coordination.
• Strong understanding of HVAC air flow and BMS wiring drawings.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining & executing HVAC & BMS with cGMP, DI, EHS compliance.
• Managing Integrated Facilities Management and ensuring an efficient HVAC & BMS maintenance program.
• Handling LOTO verification, issuing permits and coordinating field activities.
• Preparing for audit readiness and responding to auditors during audits.
• Troubleshooting defects related to HVAC & BMS systems.
• Attending HVAC & BMS breakdowns and arranging IFM follow-up rectification work.
• Ensuring proper documents, records and safety for HVAC & BMS systems.
• Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely repair and maintenance execution.
• Understanding BMS wiring drawings and HVAC airflow drawings.
• Demonstrating strong knowledge of cGMP and HVAC systems.
