Job summary

NES GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an HVAC Engineer to ensure safe, reliable operation of HVAC systems across Bukom site offices, labs, control rooms and workshops.

The role includes maintenance, improvement projects and coordination with electrical teams to manage power, controls and instrumentation. The ideal candidate has a strong HVAC foundation with an electrical background, and at least 5 years in HVAC maintenance, facilities engineering or project delivery, in heavy industry environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC maintenance, facilities engineering or project delivery experience.
• Experience in industrial environments such as petrochemical or data centre preferred.
• Strong electrical background with HVAC experience.
• Familiar with safety and permit-to-work practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and support for HVAC systems across site facilities.
• Review electrical and control-system faults and coordinate with electrical teams.
• Lead or participate in project delivery, from assessment to handover.
• Monitor energy performance and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Manage contractors and coordinate with stakeholders.
