PwC Singapore is seeking a Human Capital Services Intern to gain hands-on experience across onboarding, payroll, leave management and HR systems governance.
You will support end-to-end HR operations, maintain employee records, assist staff enquiries, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR services in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to AI tools and Workday familiarity will be advantageous as you build a solid foundation in HR operations.

As the engine behind HR operations, we manage a diverse portfolio spanning onboarding andoffboarding, payroll and benefits administration, leave management, employee lifecycle transactions, and HR systems governance.
As a HR Services and Solutions Intern , you will beexposedto the full spectrum of operational HR activities and the chance to builda strong foundationin HRcritical skills.Your responsibilities include:
Support employee lifecycle processesbyassistingwith onboarding activities to help ensure a smooth and positive experience for employees.
Maintainemployee records in HRdatabases,ensuring data accuracy,completenessand timeliness.
Maintainand reconcile leave records for reporting and payrollpurposes
Support the team in attending to staff enquiries relating to HR policies,processesand administrative matters in a professional and service-oriented manner.
Provide operational and administrative supportin relation tostaff welfare administration,billingand payment matters
Support process efficiencybytrackingandfollowingup on tasks and transactions to ensuretimelycompletion and high service standards.
Participate in HR-related initiatives and projects that support process improvement, operationalexcellenceandoverallemployee experience.
Collaborate withinternal and externalstakeholdersacross the firm to support effective HR service delivery
Leverage AI tools to improve process efficiency andcontributeto AI initiatives
We welcome motivated and detail-oriented individuals who are interested in buildinga strong foundationin HR operations and shared services within a dynamic professional environment.
Students pursuing studies in Business Administration, HumanResourcesor related disciplines are preferred.
Strong interest in human resources, HRoperationsor shared services.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office isrequired. Familiarity with Workday will be an advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with stakeholders acrossdifferent levels.
Meticulous, well-organisedand attentive to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
