• Current student in HR/Communications/Marketing/Business field in Singapore.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple schedules and deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Office/Google Workspace; hands-on with social media platforms.
• Curious, proactive, and professional in dealing with candidates and partners.

Mansioni

• Coordinate end-to-end interview logistics: scheduling, calendar management and candidate communications
• Maintain candidate pipelines in the ATS/CRM, ensuring data accuracy and timely status updates
• Partner with hiring managers to keep processes moving (feedback collection, offer logistics)
• Support campus recruitment: job fair logistics, virtual info sessions, resume screening assistance
• Compile weekly recruiting reports (funnel metrics, candidate feedback, SLA tracking)
• Draft and coordinate content for employer channels (LinkedIn, WeChat, careers page, internal newsletters)
• Assist with visual assets in Canva/Figma, and liaise with design agencies
• Track engagement metrics and translate them into content and campaign improvements

About the Role

You'll support both sides of how we attract talent: the operational engine of recruitment (interview coordination, candidate experience) and the face we show the world (employer branding content and campaigns). Ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys fast-moving, people-centric work.
