Job summary

M-DAQ Global, a pioneering fintech group, invites an HR Intern to gain hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Operations and employee engagement. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support day-to-day HR activities and contribute to initiatives.

The role offers cross-border fintech exposure, a flexible hybrid work environment, and growth opportunities in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree; a related degree in Human Resources, Business, Humanities or Social Sciences is strongly preferred.
• Available for full-time 6 months internship from Nov 2026 (preferred)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; both written and verbal in English
• Willingness to learn and challenge yourself in a dynamic & fast-paced environment
• Able to work and contribute independently and collaboratively
• Strong working proficiency of MS Office suite and content creation tools will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition operations including interview scheduling, end-to-end recruitment for internship positions and onboarding
• Coordinate training programmes and maintain learning records
• Assist with HR operations, employee documentation, and records management
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and HR projects
• Prepare HR reports, presentations, and internal communications
• Undertake other HR-related responsibilities as assigned
