Frazer Jones is delighted to partner with a leading global professional services firm to appoint an HR Executive to join their established HR team in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to broaden their exposure within a highly regarded international environment, supporting a diverse employee population across the full employee lifecycle.

In this role, you will play a key role in delivering seamless HR operations and employee support. The position will cover the operational aspects of end-to-end HR processes, from onboarding and employee changes through to offboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with internal policies and procedures.

As part of a collaborative HR function comprising senior HR leaders, HR business partnering and HR operations professionals, you will be exposed to a broad generalist remit and gain valuable experience across multiple HR disciplines. The team operates within a centre of excellence structure, providing opportunities to partner with stakeholders across the business and contribute to continuous process improvements and HR initiatives.

The successful candidate should possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, HR administration or a generalist HR support role, ideally within a professional services, financial services or multinational environment. You will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. A proactive approach, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in developing a career in HR are essential.
