Job summary

Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading organisation to appoint an experienced HR Operations Specialist based in Singapore. You will support employees across the full lifecycle, working with business leaders on operations at multiple sites.

You will oversee onboarding, employee administration, probation management, contract renewals, offboarding and compliance activities, acting as a trusted HR contact for assigned units while ensuring adherence to Singapore employment laws.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with onboarding, employee administration, probation management, contract renewals, offboarding and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle for multiple sites.
• Oversee onboarding from contract preparation to work pass administration and system updates.
• Manage probation management, renewals, transfers, and exits.
• Handle employee relations, performance issues, disciplinary matters and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain HR data accuracy across systems, produce workforce reports, and support audits and process improvements.

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation to appoint an experienced HR Operations Specialist based in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional to join a dynamic HR team and play a key role in supporting employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle while partnering closely with business leaders across multiple operational sites.

Reporting to the HR leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee administration, probation management, contract renewals, offboarding, and HR compliance activities. You will serve as a trusted HR point of contact for assigned business units, providing practical HR guidance to managers and employees while ensuring adherence to local employment legislation and company policies.

The successful candidate will oversee onboarding activities from contract preparation and documentation to work pass administration, system updates, and employee set-up. You will also manage employee lifecycle processes, including probation confirmations, fixed-term contract renewals, transfers, retirements, and exits. In addition, you will be involved in employee relations matters, supporting managers on performance management cases, disciplinary issues, and employee engagement initiatives.

A key aspect of the role will involve maintaining the accuracy and integrity of HR data across HR systems, producing workforce reports and analytics, and contributing to HR process improvement and automation projects. You will also support internal and external audits while ensuring HR records remain compliant and up to date.

The ideal candidate should have 5 to 8 years of experience in a full-spectrum HR Operations or HR Generalist capacity. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, work pass administration, and employee lifecycle management is essential. Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors will be highly advantageous.
