Job summary

Frazer Jones is partnering with a confidential multinational to appoint an HR Operations Executive in Singapore. You will support seamless HR services, payroll accuracy and employee engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you will handle day-to-day HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS maintenance, payroll inputs, and compliance with local regulations. A customer-focused mindset and strong organisation are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of HR operations, payroll or HR generalist experience.
• Strong HR administration and payroll knowledge.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, ideally in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle administration.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, movements and confirmations.
• Administer payroll data, inputs and monthly payroll processes.
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure statutory compliance.
• Support employee benefits, leave administration and reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements and employee engagement initiatives.
