Job summary

You will also administer compensation and benefits, recruitment, staff development, and performance processes, while leading the HR team to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration and effective policy execution.

• 3.Developprocesses for performance management, recruitment, on-boarding, disciplinaryactions and staff development

Manage HR team and organization function

• 1.Buildingteams to implement and administer policies
