Job summary

Anderco Pte Ltd. is seeking a senior HR professional to develop and align HR strategies with the company’s business goals in Singapore. The role focuses on policy formulation, implementation, and cross‑functional collaboration across departments to drive workforce excellence.

You will lead policy communication, manage inter‑department coordination, and develop tools to support HR initiatives and staff development within a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

• Development of HR strategies, policies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
• Knowledge of latest policies and regulatory requirements from various authorities and ministries
• Awareness of industry practices and benchmarks
• Preparing policies for top management to review and approve
• Proposing strategic HR initiatives
• Implementation of policies
• Effective communication of policies in the organization
• Effective management of inter-department communication
• Developing effective job aids to help implementation
• Administration of compensation and benefits, leaves, staff insurance, recruitment and staff development
• Benchmarking staff benefits, salaries, compensations etc. within the industry
• Developing effective job aids for administration
• Developing processes for performance management, recruitment, onboarding, disciplinary actions and staff development
• Managing the HR team and organizational functions
• Building teams to implement and administer policies
• Staff development and training for the organization
