A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR operations, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The candidate must have at least a Diploma in Human Resource Development, and 3-5 years of HR experience. This role involves compliance with local labour laws and addressing employee relations issues while driving retention initiatives. The position offers a salary range of $3500-$4000 and requires effective partnership with business leaders.

Job description

Position title: HR Executive

Location: Marine Parade Central

Working Days: Monday-Friday, 5 days

Working hours: 8:30am - 6:15pm

Salary: $3500-$4000

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage the full spectrum of HR operations, focusing on HR processes, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, and serving as the first point of contact for employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with departmental goals.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and handle work pass applications and renewals.
  • Act as an advisor, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues and grievances.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee retention.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly manpower and wellness reports.
  • Support annual performance appraisals and contribute to various HR projects.
  • Assist in employee engagement programs, welfare activities, and company events.
Job Requirements
  • Possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Development or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years' comprehensive HR functions.
  • Prior experience with Info-Tech HR software is an advantage.
