Qualifications

• 3+ years of WSHO experience in a corporate setting.
• Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM) and/or ECO are advantageous.
• Familiar with ISO 45001 and permit-to-work systems.
• Strong knowledge of applicable Singapore legislation and safety standards.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated WSH Officer and Management Representative for WSH/HSSE programmes.
• Perform day-to-day duties of a WSH Officer in accordance with relevant legislations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with WSH legal requirements and codes of practice.
• Coordinate the formation of WSH/HSSE committee and conduct monthly committee meetings.
• Prepare reports and presentations for WSH/HSSE meetings.
• Ensure compliance and certification of bizSAFE/OHSAS standards for the company.
• Conduct workplace inspections to identify hazards and track corrective actions.
• Conduct accident and incident investigations and recommend preventive measures.
• Identify and coordinate relevant WSH/HSSE training programmes.
• Organize HSSE corporate events to promote HSSE culture across the company.
• Recommend best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risks and raise safety awareness.
• Any other duties as assigned by Director
