Job summary

Jin Fu Venture Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HSE Officer to support the HSE Manager and Factory Manager in implementing the company’s safety management systems and raising safety standards. You will carry out regular HSE inspections to ensure MOM regulations are met, drive culture of safety, maintain risk assessments, safe work procedures and all related documents.

Qualifications

Carrying out HSE inspections to ensure compliance to MOM regulations.
Maintaining and updating safety management systems and risk assessments.
Investigating incidents to identify root causes and prevention measures.

Responsibilities

Assist the HSE Manager & Factory Manager in implementing safety systems and raising safety standards.
Carry out regular HSE inspections to ensure compliance to prevailing MOM regulations.
Drive a culture of safety, promote safe practices and near-miss reporting.
Review and maintain safety records and related documents such as SWPs and risk assessments.
Conduct incidents/accidents investigations and root cause analysis.
