LTH Logistics (Singapore) PTE LTD is seeking a Safety, Security and Facilities Manager to coordinate safety, security and facilities management activities, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation while driving continuous improvement through training, inspections and stakeholder engagement.

You will develop safety policies, conduct risk assessments, deliver in-house safety training, and lead regular inspections of workplaces and vehicles to ensure adherence to standards and regulatory

Qualifications

• Proven track record in safety management and regulatory compliance.
• Experience delivering safety training to diverse teams.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement safety policies, risk assessments, procedures, and standards to enhance workplace safety and compliance
• Deliver in-house safety training to equip employees with essential safety knowledge and practices
• Conduct regular inspections of workplaces and vehicles to identify hazards and ensure adherence to safety standards
• Facilitate regular safety meetings with workers to communicate updates and reinforce safety culture
• Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety standards and procedures among employees
• Liaise with Government Bureaus to manage licensing, HSE inspections, investigations, audits, visits, and presentations effectively
• Support clients' safety audits by providing relevant documentation and assistance
• Identify potential workplace hazards and recommend actionable improvements to mitigate risks
• Assist in developing and updating safety training syllabi to reflect current best practices and regulations
• Keep safety policies and procedures updated by monitoring and incorporating new regulatory requirements
