Job summary

VySystems is seeking an experienced HSE Officer to lead safety and environmental compliance in Singapore. The role requires a minimum of 5 years in the construction sector, with MOM-registered WSHO and NEA-registered ECO credentials preferred.

You will implement HSE management systems, conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety training. The candidate should be available to join on short notice and possess own transport.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Workplace Safety and Health or related discipline.
• MOM-registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO).
• NEA-registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO).
• Min 5 years in construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with WSH and environmental regulations.
• Implement and monitor HSE management systems and environmental controls.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and training.
• Monitor PTW systems and emergency procedures.
• Prepare HSE reports and monitor safety indicators.
• Coordinate with project teams and authorities on safety matters.
