Job summary

Jin Fu Venture Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HSE Officer to support the HSE Manager and Factory Manager in implementing the company’s safety management systems and raising safety standards. You will carry out regular HSE inspections to ensure MOM regulations are met, drive culture of safety, maintain risk assessments, safe work procedures and all related documents.

• Review and maintain safety records and related documents such as SWPs and risk assessments.
• Conduct incidents/accidents investigations and root cause analysis.

• Assist the HSE Manager & Factory Manager in the implementation of company’s safety management systems and improve the safety standards.

• Carry out regular HSE Inspections to ensure compliance to prevailing MOM regulations.

• Drive culture safe programme, behavioural based safety and improvements in hazards and near-miss reporting including promoting safety awareness and best site safety practices.

• Review and maintain safety records, safety management system, risk assessments, safe work procedures and all other related HSE documents.

• Conduct incidents / accidents investigation and root cause identification and prevention.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned / required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• Strong positive attitude, responsible and assertive.
