Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Safety, Health and Environment (HSE) professional to implement and monitor WSH, HSE and environmental systems on construction projects in Singapore.

The role covers site inspections, audits, coaching and developing safety programs, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and incident investigations. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/ Degree in WSH, and a RWSHO & RECO certification with 3-5 years of relevant construction experience, willing to work at Tuas

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Workplace Safety and Health or equivalent.
RWSHO & RECO certification with 3-5 years of relevant construction experience.

Responsibilities

Implement and monitor project WSH, HSE and environmental management systems in compliance with statutory requirements and company standards.
Conduct site inspections, safety audits and risk assessments.
Provide safety coaching, training and guidance to workers and stakeholders.
Develop and implement safety programs, PTW requirements, emergency plans and environmental controls.
Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Liaise with project teams and authorities on safety and regulatory matters.
