Job summary

RMR INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an HSE Officer to uphold Workplace Safety and Health standards across projects in Singapore. You will conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and permit-to-work processes, and prepare professional HSE reports.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of HSE experience, knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations, and strong communication with workers, supervisors, clients and authorities. Driving licence is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Workplace Safety and Health, Environmental Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Singapore-recognised WSH qualifications.
• Registered WSH Officer with MOM where required.
• NEBOSH or equivalent certifications advantageous.
• 2–3 years of HSE experience in construction, civil or industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and environmental requirements.
• Familiar with risk assessments, safe work procedures, incident investigations, permit-to-work systems, and emergency response procedures.
• Prepare professional HSE reports and maintain documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, observation and problem-solving skills.
• Communicate effectively with workers, supervisors, subcontractors, clients and authorities.
• Willing to work at different project sites and perform site inspections.
• Able to work independently and respond to emergencies.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence is advantageous.

Responsibilities
