Job summary

Rotating Offshore Solutions is seeking a MOM registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer to lead safety compliance and risk management across projects in Singapore. Qualifications

• MOM Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM) and/or Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO) advantageous.
• Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or related fields.
• Knowledge in ISO45001, ISO 9001, BizSafe, SHMS, SCDF & Clients audits and certifications.
• Self-driven and a team player with good communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop cooperative relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform the duties of a Workplace Safety and Health Officer in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Ensure compliance with WSH legal requirements, codes of practice and Singapore Standards; communicate changes in legislations to stakeholders.
• Inspect and endorse PTW, Hot work, WAH, and confined space assessors.
• Advise for daily project safety and safety committee activities.
• Conduct Fire & Evacuation drills as FSM in charge of FSM.
• Maintain and review the Safety Management System and related safety documentation.
• Conduct workplace inspections and participate in MOM/EDB inspections and ART tests for workers.
• Support incident investigations to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Carry out risk assessments and recommend control measures; coordinate WSH trainings.
