Qualifications

• Proven experience leading internal audits per ISM, ISPS, MLC and ISO standards.
• Strong ability to drive HSE improvements and risk-based thinking.
• Experience coaching staff and coordinating safety training across fleets.

Responsabilités

• Internal audits across vessels and shore offices, ensuring compliance and records.
• Prepare internal audit reports using company formats and capture findings.
• Train staff on SMS gaps, non-conformances, and safety culture improvements.
• Support vetting and assurance activities, including pre-vetting and closing gaps.
• Assist with emergency relief operations and crew safety coverage on fleet.
