Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HSE Executive to join our client’s team at West Penjuru, Singapore. You will maintain HSE management systems, run risk assessments, and support audits to ensure compliance with local regulations.

The ideal candidate possesses formal qualifications in Work Safety and Health, FSM and BizSAFE Level 2, and a minimum of 3 years as an HSE Practitioner, with knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001 advantageous.

Qualifications

• Formally qualified in Work Safety and Health.
• FSM and BizSAFE Level 2 certifications.
• Manage Work at Height - Assessor/Manager certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HSE management systems to ensure compliance with HSE legislation.
• Maintain risk assessment processes to identify, assess and control risks.
• Develop and maintain an HSE risk register with mitigation measures.
• Monitor HSE objectives, compliance, and overall effectiveness of systems.
• Assist in planning and reporting internal/external audits and inspections.
• Implement and maintain HSE performance review and improvement planning.
• Facilitate HSE reviews at country and unit levels.
• Share HSE best practices across units.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

HSE Executive

Location: West -Penjuru
Salary: $3,500 - $4,500
Working days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Possess formal qualifications in Work Safety and Health.
Certified in FSM and BizSAFE Level 2.
Certified in Manage Work at Height - Assessor / Manager.
Minimum of 3 years' experience as an HSE Practitioner.
Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 will be advantageous.
Knowledge of local legislation, e.g. WSH, SCDF and NEA requirements, will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective HSE management systems to ensure compliance with HSE legislation.
• Maintain company-approved risk assessment processes to ensure that generic and site-specific risks are identified, assessed and controlled.
• Develop and/or maintain an HSE risk register that identifies significant HSE risks arising from the business's activities and the measures required to eliminate or reduce these risks to an acceptable level.
• Maintain monitoring systems to evaluate HSE objectives and targets, compliance with legislative and Group / Divisional requirements, and the overall effectiveness of the management system(s). Ensure that accidents, incidents and work-related ill-health cases are appropriately reported and investigated in accordance with Group and local requirements.
• Assist in planning, preparing, conducting and reporting on internal / external audits and inspections.
• Implement and maintain an effective HSE performance review and improvement planning process at business unit / branch level.
• Facilitate and participate in HSE reviews at the country and business unit levels.
• Ensure that learning from monitoring and review processes is integrated into performance improvement plans and communicated effectively across the country / business unit, as required.
• Identify and share HSE best practices across the country / business unit's range of business activities.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned.
