Job summary

Digital Edge Data Center is seeking a Health & Safety Manager – Systems and Analytics to lead H&S management systems across APAC, delivering dashboards, reporting and continuous improvement. Based in Singapore, you will drive governance, data quality and performance indicators with regional teams.

You will build and mentor teams, oversee Permit to Work processes, and ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and regulatory requirements while collaborating with regional partners to raise safety standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline with recognized professional Health and Safety qualifications or certifications.
• Over 10 years in Health and Safety management systems, performance reporting, programs, assurance or analytics, including leadership experience.
• Experience with complex, high-risk environments including data centers or process industries.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, risk management, and Permit to Work processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of Health and Safety management systems, procedures, programs, and reporting across APAC.
• Manage and develop the H&S Program Manager and H&S Analyst with direction and performance oversight.
• Establish and maintain platform-level Health and Safety dashboards with leading and lagging indicators.
• Monitor Permit to Work implementation and identify gaps in compliance and high-risk controls.
• Translate performance data into targeted improvements and corrective actions with regional teams.
• Oversee development and rollout of Health and Safety programs across construction, commissioning and operations.
• Lead Office Health and Safety Program across APAC offices, including risk assessments and compliance with regulatory requirements.
