Job summary

Digital Edge DC in Singapore is seeking a Head of Health & Safety to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of H&S management systems across APAC. You will oversee dashboards, incident analysis and risk controls, collaborating with regional and campus teams to drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in OH&S, Engineering, or related field with professional safety qualifications.
• 10+ years in H&S management, analytics, or reporting across multiple sites.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and Permit to Work processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams and present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead H&S management systems, programs and reporting across APAC.
• Develop dashboards and leading/lagging indicators for performance.
• Oversee Permit to Work, risk controls and high-risk activities.
• Collaborate with regional teams to drive improvement and corrective actions.
• Coordinate audits, ISO certification and continual improvement initiatives.
