Job summary

Jobtailor in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead HRTech software implementations end-to-end, from initiation to closure. You will manage scope, schedule, resources, budgets, and quality, while building strong relationships with client sponsors and stakeholders.

You will drive executive reviews, mentor cross-functional teams, and ensure audit-ready documentation in line with RA PMO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner required.
• 7–10 years of project management experience in HRTech implementations.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale software implementations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
• Demonstrated people management and team development capability.
• Product recommended Project Management Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure.
• Manage scope, schedule, resources, financials, and quality standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with client project sponsors and stakeholders.
• Lead executive project reviews and steering committee presentations.
• Proactively manage project risks, issues, and escalations.
• Develop mitigation strategies and resolve critical blockers.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
• Coach junior project members and support professional development.
• Adhere to RA PMO standards and contribute to methodology improvements.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and audit ready.
• Drive program and workstream execution.
• Manage risk logs and conduct reviews.
• Negotiate delivery scope aligned with client strategy.
• Monitor burn rate and track scope changes against budget.
