Job summary

ROLLING ARRAYS CONSULTING PTE.LTD. is seeking an accomplished Program/Project Manager to own end-to-end HRTech implementation delivery in Singapore.

You will govern scope, schedules, finances, and quality while steering client sponsors and cross-functional teams to successful outcomes. The role requires 7–10 years in HRTech projects, strong leadership, and a proven track record coordinating large software implementations.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of project management experience in HRTech implementations.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale software implementations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
• Demonstrated people management and team development capability.
• Certification: PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to formal closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client sponsors and stakeholders.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations with mitigation strategies.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams and coach junior members.
• Adhere to PMO standards and ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready.
