Job summary

Job Role

The IAM and Cyber Security Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and cybersecurity controls to protect organizational assets and ensure regulatory compliance. This role will work closely with IT, business stakeholders, application teams, and security teams to deliver secure access management capabilities, strengthen cyber defences, and support enterprise applications. In addition to strong IAM and cybersecurity expertise, the role requires hands‑on experience in fullstack development using .Net/Angular to build and support IAM portals, self‑service access request platforms, administration dashboards, and security‑related web applications.

Responsibilities

• IAM: Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions, including identity lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, access reviews), RBAC, least privilege principles, and integration with diverse application environments (cloud/on premises). This includes developing Angular‑based self‑service IAM applications, implementing secure authentication/authorization, and ensuring compliance. The role also involves monitoring and responding to IAM‑related security incidents.
• Application Development (Angular): Design, develop, and maintain web‑based IAM and security applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Angular Material. This involves building responsive UIs, integrating with RESTful APIs, developing dashboards, and ensuring secure coding practices.

Requirements

• IAM: Proven experience in IAM solution design, implementation, and maintenance; strong understanding of identity lifecycle, RBAC, least privilege, modern identity protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML), and compliance.
• Cybersecurity: Understanding of controls and incident response.
• Angular: Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Angular Material; experience building responsive UIs and integrating with RESTful APIs; understanding of secure coding practices.
• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core/.NET.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, excellent communication, collaboration skills, and a commitment to continuous learning in cybersecurity and IAM.
