Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd is seeking a technology leader to own the PWEB platform strategy, roadmap, and delivery. You will partner with product, architecture, security, infra and operations teams to drive modernization, governance and risk management while guiding the DTI development team toward engineering excellence.

Candidates should bring a strong background in SDLC, DevSecOps, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management, with AWS experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Own and drive the overall PWEB platform strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans aligned with business and technology objectives. Partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architecture, security, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver platform enhancements and modernization initiatives. Lead platform governance, prioritization, demand management, release planning, and risk management activities. Manage relationships with development teams and vendors, ensuring quality delivery and alignment with business priorities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and support business growth. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the DTI development team, fostering engineering excellence and continuous improvement. Ensure platform scalability, reliability, security, and operational resilience through adherence to engineering best practices and governance standards. Drive platform modernization, technical debt reduction, vulnerability remediation, and continuous service improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience in application delivery, digital platforms, content management systems, or customer-facing web applications, with demonstrated experience leading teams or managing platform delivery. Strong experience in stakeholder management, demand prioritization, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration. Good understanding of enterprise web platforms, application architecture, SDLC, DevSecOps, and Agile delivery methodologies. Ability to provide technical oversight and guide development teams across application design, implementation, and operational support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technology outcomes. Experience with AWS is highly preferred. Experience in banking, financial services, or large-scale digital platforms will be an advantage.
