Responsibilities

• Assist the Mfg HRBP on employee engagement & retention analytics.
• Analyze historical engagement and retention metrics across departments.
• Learn to interpret data and map out critical touchpoints in the employee lifecycle.
• Create visual dashboards to support real-time decision making and provide insights to leaders.
